Everard Tesoro Esteban, MD, DipABLM

True Lifestyle Medicine Solutions is headed by Dr. Esteban.

Dr. Esteban received his Kinesiology Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1989. He completed his Pathology Fellowship studies at the University of California, Irvine – College of Medicine in 1994, receiving his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) Medicine degree in 1996. Dr. Esteban completed the UCLA/NORTHRIDGE Family Practice Residency Program in 1999. He worked as a Family Physician with Bristol Park Medical Group until 2001. Dr. Esteban was a Family Physician with Kaiser Permanente from Aug 2001 through Jul 2024 (23 years).

Dr. Esteban is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Board Certified in Lifestyle Medicine (through the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine and the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine). He is an Active Member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.

Dr. Everard Esteban has received the honor of being named 10 times as Physician of Excellence for the Orange County Medical Association as featured in annual January edition of Orange Coast Magazine. In 2023 and 2024, was recognized as a Best Physician in California’s “The Best of the Best” Magazine! He is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal health and is ready to serve you!”.
